I have never been so outspoken when it comes to a review on a dr but this dr tsay in my opinion has no professionalism what so ever when it comes to care of patients ..!I would love to educate him on math & the core issues of the oath as a dr of how to care for patients .. he truly should never be a covering dr for anyone in this practice .. he does not even rate 1 star here .. so thankful he is not my dr !!
