This place is amazing, never would I imagine my kids would like going to the dentist! They have a great waiting room with walls filled with aquatic murals, xbox games, play castle, and sometimes a projector game on the floor, and the chairs all have a TV to keep the kids distracted. The staff is always super friendly and encouraging to the kids and patient with the ones who need some help. I have been with this office for years. I have four children and they’ve saw all of them except my last (he has an appt coming up) they’re amazing. My son whom is 2 years old has autism and they were VERY patient with him and had no complaints as this was his first visit and I really appreciate that. They even tied his balloon around a toy so that he didn’t lose it. The front desk receptionist are very sweet and patient as well! And I LOVE Dr.Norby he’s always very sweet and thorough. 10 stars all around.
A place that genuinely cares! I drive almost an hour for my child to come here because I just couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!! I absolutely love them so much! They are kind of like family! A huge shout out to Summer especially for always making sure my child is comfortable even when it’s not her patient! You guys are doing a great job!
Billing/Insurance people are a joke. Dr. Norby is wonderful!
