It’s a rough time to have spotty health insurance! This place will not only help you with your Medicaid paperwork but the entire staff is so nice! And helpful. Crazy because this is one of maybe 3 clinic experiences where I felt like a human being they show so much respect and care. I find it hard to open up at clinics or properly explain what’s happening because I rarely feel listened to but that’s just so not the case here. I have never had as positive a doctors visit experience as I had with Dr. Yam and the team at St Thomas. A+++
First day in NOLA and I got a UTI. St. Thomas was fabulous! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I got in almost immediately. Got two prescriptions filled half a block away right away. Better service than at home!💕
I am over the moon about my experience at St Thomas. Everyone is incredibly friendly, they're timely, listened to my symptoms and are doggedly searching for the truth about what's going on with me. THE best experience I've ever had with doctors in New Orleans, and I've lived here all 30 years of my life. Outstanding. P.S. - I needed blood work done today and was in and out in 8 minutes flat. Exceptional.
