Unprofessional organization that don’t drug test they workers. They talk about their patients and the conditions they have. I over heard a doctor talking about a patient and her miscarriage don’t get treated here they are very unprofessional nasty and rude workers
After a decade of primary care at this flagship location, my spouse and I continue to have a positive experience with the St. Thomas clinic, which consistently exceeds our expectations. The nurse practitioner(s) are the best and their staff is warm and welcoming. That's why we keep going back. The clinic primarily serves Medicaid and Medicare recipients. For those of us who are fortunate enough have health insurance, renewing prescriptions has always been a bit of a hassle, however.

St. Thomas is absolutely the best!! Everyone I’ve ever encountered has been genuinely good at their jobs.
It’s a rough time to have spotty health insurance! This place will not only help you with your Medicaid paperwork but the entire staff is so nice! And helpful. Crazy because this is one of maybe 3 clinic experiences where I felt like a human being they show so much respect and care. I find it hard to open up at clinics or properly explain what’s happening because I rarely feel listened to but that’s just so not the case here.
