My rating is for Dr Novy and his caring staff He will be missed. Ironically I left Dr Broslowski years ago and moved to Dr. Novy. Dr B and his staff showed a cold and seemingly uncaring patient attention. Calling for advice or help to the clinical staff was and is a joke. They say you will get a call back in ,,25-48 hours on a recording. Never a human answer and maybe MAYBE one will get a call back. No bedside manner or sense of caring.
Dr Novy is a kind and competent doctor. His health advisement and diagnosis are spot on and i always feel better after my visit. I highly recommend Dr Novy and his nurse Jessica.
Would not approve a refill for a chronic medication without a visit (and payment), which was completely unnecessary!
I've been going to Dr Novy's office for about 15 years. The office staff has always treated me with respect and has been friendly. Dr Novy himself is extremely polite and soft spoken. I cannot emphasize how calm and even this Doctor is. More important, the practice stays up to date with the latest medical advances. I've moved out of the area but still travel 45 minutes to maintain Dr Novy as my primary care physician.
