I have been waiting on contact lenses since December 2022, it is now June 2023. One lie after the other. My insurance has fully paid for the lenses and I still cannot get them. First lie was that they were not covered by my insurance that has been paying for my contacts for more than 15 years through VSP. Second, third, forth lie was that the person who issues the lenses was not in the office, even though I am standing in the office and she is sitting at the contact lenses desk.
