Dr chervenak is a great doctor. however I am giving him a 1 start based on insensitivity of his staff during critical times. First of all, I just had a miscarriage… I had to go to the ER to find out about the pregnancy and the miscarriage. I have called and called and called for 3 weeks trying to get an appointment. You never get a callback. Whichever company they’re using for their answering service is the WORSE. I am writing this 1 star review specifically for women who are considering this doctor for fertility help. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this doctor. My close friend has been trying for years to get pregnant, and went to Dr. Chervenak for fertility guidance with her husband to understand the best path forward to get pregnant. She has been incredibly disappointed and frustrated about the lack of care/decency from this medical provider and his office staff. It is heartbreaking and frustrating to watch. Doctor Chervenak made me feel safe from the start. He is attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I am having a c-section soon and I am not worried. His team is also amazing.
