Had a bill sent to me, with another patient listed on my account. Said the bill was past due. Called for several days, only got recording. Left call back info, never received a callback.
I saw Dr. Eccker and his assistant Preston today 10/7/2025 for a root canal. First one I’ve ever had. They are best in central KY. They explained what they were going to do, they were so fast and efficient, I was in and out in 45 minutes with not pain. All of a sudden he tapped me on the shoulder, and BOOM, I was done. If you’re worried,scared, or nervous……don’t be. They truly are the best in their field and now I look forward to seeing them in the future for any other procedures I may need. Dr. Kelley is the most disrespectful, dismissive dental professional I’ve ever encountered. He was outright rude, refusing to explain anything and treating me with extremely apparent irritation. At the end of my procedure, he asked about an antibiotic while the bite block was still in my mouth (and I was unable to speak), then walked out before I could respond. As a result, he prescribed a medication I’m unable to take. I would not recommend him to anyone seeking compassionate or competent care.
So first off I have no issues with the work done here. The dr done a great job but the reason for a 2 start rating is due to they misled me to believe I had a one time payment while i was there then later charged me for almost 500 dollars. And if I had known that I would have not went through with this procedure because the tooth wasn't even bothering me to begin with but insisted I have a root canal done. Point is if they say ur good don't believe them and make for sure b4 u go through with it u fallow up with ur insurance ... read more
