I wish we could give the hospital / ER more stars but I will just have to go with 5. I brought my husband to the ER on 7-17-24 as he was in severe back pain (and he refused to go back to the ER at the U of I). We arrived after 4 pm sometime and as soon as we walked into the ER from the person who greeted us as we came in to the nurse who helped him and the doctor who talked to us so we would understand.
