The service is fine, but trying to follow up is terrible. The hold times on the phone are ridiculous a practice that never has a line of patients that I observed. I do not understand why they are routinely 15 min+ at all times of the day. On the basis of that alone, I will consider switching. If I ever needed something time-sensitive, this would be very inconvenient.
I had the same experience. Went for a annual wellness check and talked about my knee. Next thing you know they charged me per line item that we talked about. Not 1 charge for the visit. Highway robbery! I dont know how they can get away with this practice!
I had visited this for annual checkup and before going i had checked with my insurance and Hospital about any other pay and they told everything is covered . However they charged me 200$ just for one sleeping question which they never told me that they will charge me for that . DR. PATRICI KINSELLA_STALL DO had given the service . I was not having any issues with my health at all . I am not sure how they charged me for just for answering questions. Please stay away from the Doctor and Hospital .
