Everytime I call to renew my card EVERY YEAR the staff are so mean and disrespectful over the phone. If you plan on renewing your medical card with them, go elsewhere. They seem like they are treating me bad because they don't agree with medical Marijuana. If you hate your job that much to where you have to treat others bad, GO WORK ELSEWHERE.
where do I start. Had to have surgery on a stone 9 years ago and got him as the dr. Wasn't very friendly but what could I do. Then had to have more surgery for stones and had a stent put in. I called him about 4 days later and told him I really hurt could I take it out he said no I needed to tough it out for a few more day so I did and when I went to my appt I reminded him it need to come out he looked at me and said " You should have just taken it out yourself" I reminded him that it was his advice that I wait. When I was in his office he was making fun of me for having 3 unplanned pregnancies at age 24 and said that I need to be more responsible. Then proceeded to tell me that I probably live with my parents then . I said no I don’t I got my own place and do everything on my own , he’s like you got a job and asked what I do . Then I said I lift 200lb barrels at work and roll them he goes I don’t believe you because I can’t even do that .
