He is a good doctor. His receptionist is TERRIBLE. She is rude, interrupts, and talks down to me.
Dr. John is hands down the most amazing Neurologist I have ever dealt with! His knowledge level and skill set are impeccable! You can clearly tell that this is more than just a job for him. My ONLY complaint is having to deal with his employee Jo. She is always rude, places you on hold prematurely, interrupts, and hangs up without so much as a goodbye! I don't know how many times I have had to call back to finish what I was saying. So frustrating! Otherwise, very positive experiences. 5 stars!
