I am a retired veteran on disability, I made an appointment to see Mr Ehrenberger , the facility shares a parking lot with another office. I was 5 minutes early but walked in the wrong building. When I finally talked to someone and found the correct location I was 10 minutes late. They had me wait 7 more minutes before saying the doctor would not see me because I was late. Missed an appointment and was told two more and I’d be dismissed from the practice. Called and canceled and appt the day before and then got a letter the following week saying I was dismissed from too many missed appointments. Tried calling to sort it out and got no where. Also the doctors I seen didn’t seem to care. Had an issue going on for a year and the doc said it could possibly be one of two things but didn’t think it was either so did nothing about it. Dr. Ehrenberger is not a good doctor if you need anything more than a physical filled out or a sick note for work (if you can get in to see him). He is scheduling months out for new and existing patients. When I was told to make a follow up appointment with him because I was experiencing symptoms of a HEART ATTACK, I had to wait 6 months to see him. He did nothing but refer me out to specialists id already seen in that 6 months. His staff concerns themselves more with protecting his license and following scheduling protocol ... read more
