My daughter saw Dr. Donald's office for dental cleanings for years and there were no issues. However, they have not been able to keep a full staff and have cancelled four appts in a row and scheduled her for an appt once on a day they weren't even in the Muscatine office, and she still hasn't been in for her biannual teeth cleanings for 2 years now.
