First consult in the books and from reception calling to set up appointment to in person with treatment coordinator Cathy Reed and Dr Nguyen orthodontist I cannot give enough praise to this great establishment. I would highly recommend and look forward to our next appointment with this pleasant group!
Excellent plan and incredible improvements in my son’s jaw alignment and bite. They worked with my son to set up a plan that made him comfortable. Dr Nguyen even called my son to check on him. Very attentive.
Five stars just doesn’t even feel like enough for Dr Nguyen and his team! From the first phone call to make our consultation appointment, the way Julie, Cathy, and the doctor all delicately worked with my daughter, knowing we needed to manage severe anxiety, they were stellar! Absolutely no pressure, incredibly patient and thorough, compassion clearly is so important to the team when working with children and their families. Orthodontics of the North Shore is absolutely fantastic! Dr. Nguyen is so knowledgeable and nice, and is great with my daughter. The whole staff from the front desk to the assistants are great. You always get treated with a smile. They keep you completely informed at all stages of the process and Kathy in financial is wonderful and super informative. I would 10/10 recommend for anyone with young ones who need orthodontic care.
