Five stars just doesn’t even feel like enough for Dr Nguyen and his team! From the first phone call to make our consultation appointment, the way Julie, Cathy, and the doctor all delicately worked with my daughter, knowing we needed to manage severe anxiety, they were stellar! Absolutely no pressure, incredibly patient and thorough, compassion clearly is so important to the team when working with children and their families. Orthodontics of the North Shore is absolutely fantastic! Dr. Nguyen is so knowledgeable and nice, and is great with my daughter. The whole staff from the front desk to the assistants are great. You always get treated with a smile. They keep you completely informed at all stages of the process and Kathy in financial is wonderful and super informative. I would 10/10 recommend for anyone with young ones who need orthodontic care.
I have never had a bad experience with orthodontist of the North Shore. Every single person that works in that office is awesome. You feel like a friend they pay attention to what you have to say and they care about you. I would never recommend any other place but North Shore orthodontist on State Street in Danvers. Dr. Nguyen and staff are all so kind and helpful. My son Noah has been going there for the past couple of years and they are always so accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an orthodontist. Can't wait to see the end result : - )
