Dr Urban was exceptional! He was kind, caring and compassionate. He spent an extended amount of time to make sure I understood every aspect of my issue.
Very competent, university level of care, with common sense and compassion.
Hes ok and his nurse sucks. Wasnt sent home with any pain meds nor sent home with the medication he said that would help with the pain. In pain for 2 weeks and i still got 4 more days till my follow up. Havent gotten any results of my tests i had done several days ago. Urinating pure blood for 2 weeks. He doesnt seem concerned. Also dont care about my pain for this long. I will never go back to him. Looking for another urologist as i type this. 3 phone calls and nurse wont call back
