Refused to do a dental clean for someone paying out-of-pocket. Forced fees, and when questioned about the fees became irritated and came up with new excuses finally demanding to get off the phone and would not transfer to a supervisor.
What a wonderful office with wonderful people! It’s a great office to go to if you want to feel comfortable and welcomed.
I was just wondering if you guys take coordinated health care dental insurance if so I really need help with my teeth hopefully something like I can get braces I know I over qualify for them due to how my teeth and jaw line are out of line with each other and I've got gaps
Hands down the best experience I have had at a dentist. Dr. Moore was kind, patient and gracious to my dad and his situation. Medicare doesn’t cover dental so my dad had not seen a dentist for years. The first dentist we visited suggested 5 extractions and that was an option but would involve oral surgery so we went to Dr. Moore for a 2nd opinion. Dr. Moore does his best to keep the teeth you have if possible. I know want to switch over my whole family.
