I was so worried about going to an oral surgeon, but this office and Dr. Pink made it so easy. The care I received was great, other than waiting for a few minutes before surgery, they took good care of me and answered all of my questions. They even helped me with insurance questions and fees so I better understood what to expect. A big thumbs up, I'm happy my dentist knows good doctors to send her patients to.
Got a referal from another dentist for an extraction. Supplied x ray to kalant &assoc. from refering dentist, they still had to take another $130.00 xray. Plus $90.00 consultation fee, for 2 minutes with Dr. Pompass Pink. After all this money spent no action taken. Mind you I have tooth ache from h**l. They make me wait 3 weeks before they can get me back in at there Joliet location, I suffered great pain & discomfort waiting the 2 weeks. The office staff is nasty, rude, & condesending. Dr. Pink is a good at what he does. Otherwise, the place is a money factory. You will be billed roughly double what you pay elsewhere. If your insurance doesn't pick up the costs (and it won't because the costs are unjustifiable), you will be billed for the balance. I made an appointment contingent upon not having a consultation.
