Dr. Artuso and his office is lazy, selfish, and money hungry and in good faith I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy

I had all of my pre surgical testing done and I was never contacted to have my surgery scheduled. I've called the office over 50 times in the last year and each time I'm told they will call me back. They never even contacted me to tell me if I was even approved for the surgery!! Highly unprofessional and a waste of my time. I could have gone to another practice for all the time that has been wasted waiting for someone to call me back. Smh
The perfect choice. Dr. has the best bedside manner. Staff and all professionals that administer the tests are so polite and make you feel comfortable. St. Johns Riverside/Dobbs Ferry Pavillion has a beautiful surrounding and valet parking. I would definitely recommend a patient have there work up and surgery done here.
more patients should contact the nys health dept to file complaints regarding the unethical treatment of patients by this dr's staff
