My husband 😍 s a new patient, the Dr doesn't address the situation at all, not even 5 minutes in the room when you have to go to the ER it's pretty bad. He is very kind but he needs to address each patient with more understanding and help with pain from an Severe UTI, and might I add my husband is disabled. He was with his other doctor for everything for 9 years before he retired... I feel like he needs to be more attentive to all patients and address the problem (s) Stat.... The office ppl are ok.
I have had problems with kidney stones and infections for years and have seen numerous different urologists who would put a “band-aid” over the problem. From the beginning Dr Carbone was very thorough and up front and after only a month fixed my issues. After one of my surgeries I had an issue with getting a medication filled (to no fault of his own) although it was after office hours he immediately got the issue fixed while most doctors would have left me to wait until Monday morning! Would definitely recommend him!
This past week I had to have 2 very unexpected procedures with Dr.Carbone. I can’t not say enough how grateful I am to him. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I’m safe, and comfortable. Not only did he make sure I was okay at the hospital for my stay, but made sure I was at home also. I even had to call him Friday afternoon after we had already came home and he was so sweet about it. This is my 1st time being a patient with him. I can’t thank him enough for everything he has done for me! I definitely recommend him.
