Dr. Castellano is skilled, friendly, and professional. His front staff are pleasant and kind. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and confident in the treatment plan.
I had congestion and recurring sinusitis for years, which, for me, constantly led to other infections. Dr. Castellano performed septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery. My breathing has significantly improved. I am four weeks post surgery and truly wish I had done the surgery years ago. Dr. Castellano is extremely knowledgable and skilled in his profession. Both Dr Castellano and his staff have an excellent bedside manner and answered all my questions, both before and after, as well as checked in on my post surgery.
The first photo was taken two weeks before the surgery. Photo number two was taking two days after the surgery at the same place. The last photo was taken one year after the surgery. He created lines and drooping that was no there before and when I talked to him about it, I was dismissed. I had to find a new surgeon to correct the problem he created!!
