Broken nose, referred from a business partner of his who couldn’t perform the necessary procedures. Initially, I was very hopeful based on the level of knowledge and care his referring partner had shown. Unfortunately, not only did Dr. Castellano focus almost entirely on my husband from the start of our interaction, he also contradicted/disregarded the expert opinions of the 4 previous surgeons I’d seen (including his referring partner) in the span of 45 seconds without doing any research of his own or even reviewing the sca... read more

Dr. Dominic Castellano and his staff were a very professional team who provided exceptional service, assessment, and care during my journey to surgically correct a deviated septum. He’s a high caliber surgeon who instills immediate confidence and comfort. Not only is it amazing to breathe out of both sides of my nose, but my recovery was swift and far less painful than I anticipated. I enthusiastically recommend him for ENT issues as well as Facial Plastic/Reconstructive Surgery.
