The first photo was taken two weeks before the surgery. Photo number two was taking two days after the surgery at the same place. The last photo was taken one year after the surgery. He created lines and drooping that was no there before and when I talked to him about it, I was dismissed. I had to find a new surgeon to correct the problem he created!!

Dr. Castellano and the staff are always very nice and professional. Second time there and had another excellent experience. Highly recommend Florida E.N.T. and Dr. Castellano.
Dr. Castellano is an excellent doctor and surgeon and he has an efficient and very friendly staff! The staff responds quickly with any questions on scheduling, etc. The out-patient surgery center, Select Physicians Surgery Center, has the same amazing staff. I would definitely recommend Dr. Castellano and his practice.
