Dominic M. Castellano was my doctor at Florida E.N.T. & Allergy and he was horrible. He was extremely late for every appointment I had with him. He refused to issue antibiotics even though I had pain, hearing loss and fluid leaking out of my ear. His recommendation was a hearing test. I ended up in the emergency room and had two different types of infections that were remedied with antibiotics and a doctor that knew what he was doing (Dr. Mark Witte). Do not trust your health to this hack in a white coat.

Dr. Castellano is skilled, friendly, and professional. His front staff are pleasant and kind. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and confident in the treatment plan.

I had congestion and recurring sinusitis for years, which, for me, constantly led to other infections. Dr. Castellano performed septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery. My breathing has significantly improved. I am four weeks post surgery and truly wish I had done the surgery years ago. Dr. Castellano is extremely knowledgable and skilled in his profession. Both Dr Castellano and his staff have an excellent bedside manner and answered all my questions, both before and after, as well as checked in on my post surgery.
