For weeks, they failed to send critical medical information needed for my parent’s other doctor appointments — despite multiple requests. I had a disappointing experience at this facility. Despite arriving before my scheduled appointment time, I had to wait for two hours. The doctor I was originally assigned to was unable to assist me, and when another doctor finally saw me, the consultation was rushed and lasted less than five minutes. Overall, the visit felt unproductive and poorly managed
My experience at Texas Inpatient Consultants has been excellent so far. Dr.Sreshta always takes his time, listens and doesn't rush you. The staff at the clinic is always very understanding and helpful as well.
