Dr. Laynes is a very thoughtful doctor that spends as much time as he needs to with you. Sometimes the wait time isn't great but it's because he is thoughtful and doesn't just treat and street you.
I begged for my regular medication and got nothing. I'm tried of begging and getting sicker and sicker. They lie and put me off... Hopefully the office manager shows my review to the Dr. Don't hand me no crap because you know you put me off four months I begged.
Been going there for years always updated my insurance but for some reason they kept charging me. Doctor laynes your staff sucks many different people at the front desk so who's the liar 🤬
Staff lies, will withhold prescriptions due to bills, and overall are the worst medical staff I've ever dealt with. Told me they sent over my life saving medicine and blatantly lied about it. The notes in MyChart left by the person I spoke with are completely wrong and NOT what was spoken about. I will be following through on the accountability. I will NEVER visit this office again.
