Dr. Dolly is amazing. She is so good with the kids, funny, kind, patient, and firm. She is supportive of parents and offered as much education as she possibly can within a visit. She is serious about her work and her experience is vast. We absolutely love her and will forever call ear wax “monkey poop.”
Shockingly rude and impatient-- after a number of bizarre incidents with her, we've stayed with the practice because of the other doctors, but I do not allow my kids to see Dr. Dolly. If she's the doctor on call, I take my kids to urgent care so that we don't have to deal with her.
Dr. Courtemanche is incredible. She is consistently helpful, funny, understanding, and kind. She is the type of doctor that embodies what EVERY doctor should be: someone you know is on your side, who is informed and honest, and who truly cares about providing the best possible care for you. She takes her role seriously. And in cases where I have needed care that she felt would be better handled by a specialist in that matter, she has connected me with other excellent doctors as well.
