They made appointment for patient at 3pm but they make their patient wait till 5pm still the patient was not attented , due to frustration he had to leave without checkup.
Dismissed me without reading or looking through any of my MRI/X-ray reports. Didn't even let me explain all the symptoms I have been dealing with for over a year, didn't proper examine me, handed me over to the awful massage person in the back room who aggressively massaged me to the point that I wanted to cry - I had to tell her to stop. Dr. Grinshpun listens to you to make you feel comfortable to find out how he can help you and what tests may need to be taken. His staff is friendly in the office and on the phone. He has been my doctor for many years and helps me greatly. I certainly would and have recommended him.

horrible I called to make a new appointment as a new patient with great insurance i was placed on hold for 12 minutes which is when i lost my patience and hung up, I called back and asked why was on hold for so long to which the receptionists replied we are too busy to deal with you right now I will not be bothering with this office... no wonder Urgent Care offices are taking over. called on Tuesday May 10th at 215 pm
