This is the most unprofessional office ever! CARLOS and LUPE are terrible staff members who lied to me about scheduling a new patient consult! The office made me wait weeks with no call! Then they would lie and say they will call back to schedule! Are you kidding me?! They had the audacity to tell me they have a lot of people who want to see Dr. Dipti and Bassi and they don’t have time to call new patients!!!
