Seamless experience across the board. Almost no real wait time even for the actual doctor. Excellent communication between staff and patients. Additional information: My most recent visit was yesterday. Things are changing rapidly in this practice. For the first time ever we had a wait greater than 15 minutes. They installed new vending machines in the lobby. Check in is now done on a tablet rather than with staff. The new system asks lots of redundant or unnecessary questions.
