My child was evaluated here. She claimed I was homophobic because I would not let her date. I clarified that I would not let her date due to her age (which was 9 at the time she was referring to) not based on her sexual orientation. Dr. Darveaux made jokes about kids who say they are homosexual, which I did not agree with. I expressed my concerns with her being overly interested in sex (NOT based on her sexual orientation), giving him multiple examples and she has a documented history of sexual abuse.
