The reason why for the one star was that my primary doctor sent a Referral to this doctor and I called my primary doctor because I haven't heard from them it was sent last week and I have been having problems with some providers to contact me because my phone number is international number and so my primary doctor gave me the number to call them to find out if they got the referral. Dr. Ferrante and his staff are wonderful!! Ferrante is very knowledgeable and personable. As soon as you meet him you feel like you've known him your whole life. I had an upper GI last week. My experience was all positive! He called me himself to tell me the results. I highly recommend!

Dr Ferrante is a professional, knowledgeable, informative, efficient and compassionate care provider. He accommodated my request to perform a colonoscopy without anesthesia to the large number of previous abdominal surgeries with anesthesia and diagnosed persistent pain in my lower right abdominal quadrant. He personally returned my phone calls to allay my concerns. Great doctor, great person.
