My experience here is always excellent.The assistance and doctor's are fabulous and have excellent bedside manner. They make me feel confident.I'm receiving good care.
I was disappointed with my experience with Dr. Verma. During both of my appointments, I felt that I only spent about two to three minutes with him. The visits felt very rushed, and I did not feel I had enough time to ask questions or discuss my concerns about my breathing. I left both appointments feeling confused rather than informed. I would have appreciated more explanation about my test results, my diagnosis, and the reasoning behind the treatment plan. Was very dismissive of my symptoms because of my age. Always had to wait 20-40+ mins past my appointment time and when he finally saw me it was for 2 minutes tops. Waste of time and money wish I went somewhere else :/
