My overall experience was amazing. I would recommend using Dr. Golla to anyone looking. Him and his team are very welcoming and caring. I truly couldn’t have picked a better Doctor. He is very honest about what can happen, that to me was very important when picking a doctor because I wanted to know the pros and cons so that made me all the more comfortable in general and picking him as my Doctor. I had an appointment for lip filler and they called and cancelled and rescheduled my appointment three different times all up until I had to leave for college, and literally couldn’t schedule another appointment. If they knew there was not going to be an injector there I shouldn’t have even been rescheduled. The first appointment I drove 30 min to come in, and my injector wasn’t even there. They were absolutely so unorganized and unprofessional.
Went for a consult, and their service/people were exceptional. Doctor Golla was extremely knowledgeable. He answered all my questions before even having a chance to ask them. He gave me his honest opinions/expertise, which is what I needed. Looking forward to going back and scheduling my procedures.
