Doc good , staff and phone system awful , awful , 6 hours and 11 calls to reach someone, less than a joke office , run somewhere else !
I think dr Raina is a good doctor, from the technical perspective, she knows what she does. However, her team and the way they operate do a very poor job & communication. I asked my Out of Pocket estimate for Endoscopy and I was told approx $1,080. My bill came up as $1,944, almost twice as much. When I called my insurance, they were surprised in hearing that because this procedure has a few codes only, they said they could not have missed by that much. Long wait, appointment at 2:15, not called back until after 3:00. Doctor tried to apologize but it was insincere, she just shrugged her shoulders as if it wasn't important. Doctor seemed irritated and not focused. Her examine was rushed and she immediately went to ordering tests, no lab work, no trying less invasive therapies. Not a positive experience.
