I believe this company is short staffed or going out of business. Had my mother enrolled in 2025 and the first month was fine.But the last month has been crickets. All visits stopped and phone calls were not returned. We've never seen, spoken to nor have met Dr. G. Don't know if he's even alive. Each time I ask staff about him I'm given the run around. Something is off. I do not recommend
I've been waiting over a week for blood draw results. I was told they'd call 8/4 hasn't happened. They never apologize for the delays. They never return calls in a timely manner. The Nurse Practioners don't seem to care that a consumer is waiting in severe pain for their follow up on behalf of Dr Golf as they call him. Malpractice for sure in my opinion
I love the nurse practitioners! I have not yet been seen this year by the dr himself, because the Nurse Practitioner’s have followed up with him on taking care of things for me. On occasion, the billing department forgets to bill my second and third insurance plans, but an email on patient portal helps get it squared away. This Dr and clinic work well for those who cannot get out to a clinic safely and are well versed in their continuing care. If you need a referral for a specialist, they handle it!

I am my mothers caregiver. My elderly, disabled mother sees Dr. Golfinopoulos/ nurse pracioners at his practice. They have been threatening to stop writing her medications if she didn't get her lab work done. Now, keep in mind she can hardly get out of the house... The practice has failed and neglected to send lab orders to 2 different locations for over TWO months now.
