Fast, good prices, friendly
Stay away from this place! My previous 5-star review was for when this place was 6ix Tech. Now that it has changed to Dr. Digital, I had a horrible experience and advise others to avoid. Our phones were there over 2 weeks with no work done. They never gave a straight answer on repair/cost, were disorganized, then lost one phone's SIM card and tray, denied losing it and refused to replace the SIM or give a refund. Went in today for a very minor repair. I was met with friendly and knowledgeable service. Will definitely be going back for any future problems big or small
I bought a an iPhone 5s from them with a defective camera and they wouldn’t replace it.
My poor old acer computer went down and it wasn't possible to replace the motherboard. Tech person was clear and polite about the very small chance of trying to fix the computer. Got the HDD taken out and housed in a case. So many places in and around Chinatown to get your computer fixed, went with this place because they were clear and honest and never tried to up sell me.
