Linda Lovelace I was involved in a motor vehicle accident. I called my PCP for a reference and was told the practice was not licensed to send referrals because it was a MVA. In the end I contacted my insurance broker who learned there is no such license and it is a policy the PCP does not accept patients involved in MVA. If I had been told the truth why a referral would not sent, it would not have caused me to spend 7 days and the insurance broker a half day to know the truth so I could proceed with follow up health care. Terrible
Calling this office to make an appointment is difficult since they don't actually answer the phone call. A recording requires one to leave a call back message. The problem is that one never receives the return call back. This seems to be a recurrent issue with this office. I found that to make an appointment requires me to actually go in person to the office. Another issue with this office is the long wait time in the waiting room and then a much longer wait time (one hour during my last visit) in the exam room. These issues... read more
