Calling this office to make an appointment is difficult since they don't actually answer the phone call. A recording requires one to leave a call back message. The problem is that one never receives the return call back. This seems to be a recurrent issue with this office. I found that to make an appointment requires me to actually go in person to the office. Another issue with this office is the long wait time in the waiting room and then a much longer wait time (one hour during my last visit) in the exam room. These issues... read more
