She's a great doctor however their office is extremely unprofessional. I've had to call multiple times to schedule a stress test the person who handles the calls barely speaks English mumbles and then hangs up when you try to get transferred. I've been calling for 2 weeks trying to get myself scheduled with no success. I've had more professionalism out of a pizza joint in this place. I've also left you voicemails for their manager which she is not return my call as well. Facts.

Dr Zullo is very thorough, knowledgable, and has a great bedside manner. The saint cloud office staff are kind, patient, welcoming and efficient.

I arrived 15 mins before my appointment. The MA had not cleared my insurance and kept saying my ins card was for prescription. I kept telling her it is not. After 30 mins of discussion and her making calls to the info on the card they discovered I was covered by my insurance card info. Mins you I arrived at 845a to fill out necessary paper work and my appt was at 9a .. and not it’s 10:08a and I have to wait until all other appointments are taken care .
