Submitted our insurance online, called to verify they accept our insurance and no one got back to us. When we arrived for our appointment, they went over our paperwork and didn’t say anything. It was only after our visit they informed us they don’t accept our insurance and we had to pay out of pocket. When I asked the lady checking us out she said “I’m a fill in I don’t know what they do here”…
