Charge me for something I didn't need and didn't have the price of glasses displayed ludicrous business model. Zero stars
Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. And they were right on time which I really appreciate. The doctor took time to answer my questions and help me to understand!
The lady who checked me in was very friendly and knowledgeable. The optometrist was also friendly and patient to help me decide which prescription I felt comfortable with for my new glasses.
Regret Using Them Tried getting over on me. Dissatisfied Incompetent Unprofessional Said my insurance didn't pay anything, came home and called my insurance and found out that they covered almost all of it, tried calling to rectify, left messages and no response ever, after close to a week had Corporate get involved and still haven't received my glasses. Just not a good experience, feel like I have been taken advantage of. Wouldn't recommend going here.
