I worked for, and with, Dr. Diane Paxton, as well as her husband, Dr. Mark Paxton, and her partner, Dr. Rick Ellingsen for many years! During this time, my 3 children, as well as myself, all had orthodontic treatment. Love this place! I take all three of my kids here. Staff is always friendly and helpful, the orthodontist really knows what he/she is doing. My daughters smile is fantastic, the other kids are still going here 😊 to get their smile fixed lol ... I highly recommend this place!
Every team member we encountered was so friendly and professional. We saw Dr Ellingsen on our visit and he involved our daughter through her process, talked through everything with her and made it a fun experience about her. We didn’t feel rushed and had all our questions answered with ease. They seem to be very intentional to get to know you and build relationships, not just feel like a number visiting the office today. I took three of my kids here, the kids love it because there are always things to do here for them so they are not “bored”. LOL I like it because the staff is very nice and professional, and explains all the details of the procedures, I really like that a lot. Another thing is you can always go to back and sit with your child and watch what’s going on. I will definitely recommend this place, that’s why I keep coming back.
