Monday morning April 4th I called Dr nightingale's office to make a follow-up appointment from my recent Hospital stay for pneumonia. I left a message that I needed to make the appointment and give them the requested information so they could call me back. I would not recommend. On February1 I left message to make an appointment because I was sick, I'm 70years old and they never called me back. Called me 2 weeks later one time to give results of blood tests. Nurse was very rude telling me one time that "she wasn't going to play phone tag with me". I'm looking for another doctor but it's a real pain to do that.
I appreciate Dr. Nightengale and her team of nurses.
