Monday morning April 4th I called Dr nightingale's office to make a follow-up appointment from my recent Hospital stay for pneumonia. I left a message that I needed to make the appointment and give them the requested information so they could call me back. I would not recommend. On February1 I left message to make an appointment because I was sick, I'm 70years old and they never called me back. Called me 2 weeks later one time to give results of blood tests. Nurse was very rude telling me one time that "she wasn't going to play phone tag with me". I'm looking for another doctor but it's a real pain to do that.
I appreciate Dr. Nightengale and her team of nurses.
The absolute WORST doctor in the state.. I'ma paraplegic vet confined to a hospital bed and I've been to the hospital 72 times in three years under her care!! That's TWICE a month for THREE year's!! All because she wouldn't prescribe a simple antibiotic.. and her nurse's NEVER give her yhe messages so your left waiting for weeks for her to call back.. which never happens.. do NOT trust your life to this woman!! She will kill you!!
I was told they could not remind me to schedule an appointment when i called because they were too short staffed to provide that level of care to their patients, and i was left without any meds.
