I had a very informative initial visit with Dr Krieger. She sure knows her stuff! She answered all of my questions - the visit was pleasant and unrushed. She had all the records I had sent to her office and reviewed them before my visit. I highly recommend Dr Krieger.
I understand this practice has been very popular and busy, but the customer service is terrible. It is impossible to speak to one of the practitioners and the response time is delayed quite a bit. I will say the doctors are good, but they really need to make the practice better And better customer service. They rely too much on outsourcing from different countries and it’s not working. I am currently looking for a different doctor.
Delighted to have such a dedicated and profesional Doctor and office staff. They go the extra mile and they are always warm and friendly.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to this office because the Doctor I work for recommended her… I went here because an ultrasound showed a nodule on my left thyroid and I needed a FNA. I went as a self pay patient. Paid upfront. Had my FNA and I kept calling and calling for WEEKS after and one of the receptionists told me they had to see IF I had a FNA done .. excuse me?
