My husband was not given the Doctors full attention during his visit. He has early dementia and unable to understand much regarding his care. Doctor kept interrupting his treatment to see another patient and left him reclinging with head down and bite block in place he was there 3 hours to prep for 2 crowns. Charged for 3 crowns prior to being provided any service all others paid after visit not sure why we had tp pay up front and only got 1/2:of what we paid for?
