Dr. Fresca is one of the most difficult doctors I’ve dealt with. Her bedside manner is very poor, and she comes across as lacking empathy. I recently had my thyroid removed and still feel confused about what’s going on with my body. When I expressed concerns about symptoms like hair loss, constipation, weight changes, and anxiety, I felt completely dismissed. I’ve been seeing Dr. Fresca for at least 4-5 years and I couldn’t ask for a better endocrinologist. I have a rare adrenal gland disorder, and she always takes her time during every visit—never makes me feel rushed—and ensures all my questions are answered thoroughly. Have been a T1D since 1960. She is the best yet.
Dr. Fresca was very very unprofessional. She did NOTHING to help thyroid problem. Had a very horrible bedside manner. I went there 4 years for absolutely no reason. That was bad on me. I should of left sooner. Please do not have her be your doctor. The girls at front desk very very polite.
