We have been experiencing consistent difficulties in contacting this facility to request necessary medical records. Every time we place a call, the representatives display unprofessional behavior. They frequently disconnect calls abruptly without resolving the request, or place calls on hold for excessive periods of time without any update. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Doctors there have always been really good but the staff and receptionist are insanely rude been going there for awhile and will not be going back now, due to the receptionist. After reading other reviews I see it wasn't just me. But that also falls on the business to address this issue, which clearly has not happened so they lost a customer today.
Great doctor... truly understands and ACUTALLY LISTENS TO THERE PATIENTS and treat you like family.. wonderful doctor if you help and feel like no other doctor cares or understands ... GO TO HER MS.DIANE
