Wait times on the phone over 30 minutes. No lab orders were sent to quest where they said. Took time off work to get lab work done & they didn’t have it. I called the office to see if they can actually send it & they ended up putting me on a 35+ minute hold. I ran out of time & had to get back to work. I kept calling through the day & nothing. I have another appointment tomorrow at 1 & hoping they answer my call tomorrow morning so they can send in the lab orders.

la peor clinica, tiro por viaje mis recetas no las aprueban, les tengo q llamar y nisiquiera las mandan a tiempo es tan frustrante tener q batallar cada mes ya q me recetan testosterona que me tengo que inyectar y me retrazan, luego les marco y dicen q lo c van a comunicar con la farmacia y nunca lo hacen, les daria 0 estrellas
De la doctora no tengo queja alguna es una gran persona amable y muy atenta. Pero en cuanto a las secretarias y recepcionista son muy groseras no son profesionales en su lugar de trabajo, se tardan en mandar las ordenes o autorizaciones a tiempo para algún estudio necesario y por consecuencia no puedo agendar las citas correspondientes.
