I love Dr. Yao, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone! They don't answer the phone and all mailboxes are always full. Sooooo Frustrating!
No one answers the phone, except answering service that does not take messages, just tell you to call back. The voice mailbox has been full for months. No one responds to the web site inquiries, no matter how many you send. How does one get ahold of this place?
