I have been seeing Dr. Racean for over 20 years. She is a very personable doctor and has excellent bedside manner. I am always treated with respect and she has always been thorough, and her office is always clean.
Probably one of the worst dental offices I’ve ever been to. The dr had a very dry personality first of all and overall was an unpleasant experience. The tools she used on me looked very dirty and she dropped one of them on the floor and proceeded to use it on me without changing it or cleaning it. I got a filling done at her office, and it fell out after 2 days. Had excruciating pain and she wouldn’t take me in for another 2 weeks. Awesome lady. Took me in at the last minute. The x-ray machine was painful due to how old it was.
She failed to recognize and treat a dental problem I had and that led to even more complications. I had to look for a different doctor.
