Dr. Diamond is an exceptional doctor who is truly one of a kind. They are extremely thorough, take the time to listen to every concern, and never make you feel rushed. Their personable nature and genuine care make you feel like family, not just another patient. Hands down the best doctor I’ve found in Palm Beach and Broward County. I’m beyond grateful to be under their care
Has prescribed narcotics to my mother my entire life when she is addicted and does not need them. Prescribed narcotics multiple times on surgeries he did not perform. Called office crying to ask him to stop and I get no where. My mom is an active addict and he’s her legal dealer. Disgusting.
Dr. diamond has been my primary for many years. He is extremely knowledgeable, amazing bedside manner and extremely helpful. His staff always tries to go above and beyond and today experience was truly one of the best I’ve ever had at a doctors office here in Boca /South Florida. Kendra truly went above and beyond today to help in every manner possible and insured why I’m lucky to be a patient
This review is not directed at Dr. Dimond himself, he has been an excellent doctor and has provided me with great care. However, I am extremely disappointed with the way his office staff treats patients. The customer service is unacceptable. Dr. Dimond, I hope you are able to review this personally. I called the office three times in the morning yesterday and left two messages, simply asking for assistance in setting up access to the patient portal so I could view my lab results. My wife and I switched to Dr Diamond after moving to Boca. Have had wonderful experience. Dr Diamond is very attentive and knowledgeable. I have not had issues with the support staff that many other reviews have mentioned. Only time I've had to wait for significant amount of time was when I myself was over 25 minutes late, and the staff and Dr. Diamond still managed to accommodate me, despite an obviously busy day.
