This review is not directed at Dr. Dimond himself, he has been an excellent doctor and has provided me with great care. However, I am extremely disappointed with the way his office staff treats patients. The customer service is unacceptable. Dr. Dimond, I hope you are able to review this personally. I called the office three times in the morning yesterday and left two messages, simply asking for assistance in setting up access to the patient portal so I could view my lab results. My wife and I switched to Dr Diamond after moving to Boca. Have had wonderful experience. Dr Diamond is very attentive and knowledgeable. I have not had issues with the support staff that many other reviews have mentioned. Only time I've had to wait for significant amount of time was when I myself was over 25 minutes late, and the staff and Dr. Diamond still managed to accommodate me, despite an obviously busy day.
Is this professionalism?? As the other review mentioned, will he wait for me if I'm an hour late? After returning from Surgery in Boston, I had a followup appointment with Dr Diamond at the Boca Office. After waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes, I had to leave the scheduled appointment with Dr Diamond and informed the front office that I was leaving so that I can and drive to Fort Lauderdale and make my PT appointment for my knee therapy.
