He was very kind, looked directly at my father when speaking, was patient and spoke in layman’s terms so the options were very clear. I knew Dr. Pandya during his stay at Resurrection Hospital near Ohare Airport. One of the nurses told me I was blessed to receive him as my caregiver during an emergency situation. He was one of the top 5 Neurologist in the US. By far, the most caring, compassionate physician I have ever met. I first met him at a hospital in Joliet. Shortly afterwards he left there and joined the team at Northwestern Medicine. I met with other local physicians and just didn’t feel comfortable with any of them so I tracked down Dr Pandya and drove an extra hour from Joliet to Winfield in order to continue care with Dr Pandya.
