Dr. Ramasamy is very good. The lady that works the front desk is rude and treats people poorly, condescending, and smug. It is also her job to inform patients about their insurance but she can't be bothered to do that so you go in and she tells you your insurance is no good. I think she likes to do this to people.
My experience with Dr. Dheepa Ramasamy was not great at all. I was looking for a new PCP through my insurance and I found her. During my first appointment she did a “physical ” it wasn’t through at all. The point of the appointment was to be established as a new patient. Her tone, demeanor and facial expressions were unwelcoming & aggressive. Very dismissive. It was showing that she did not want me as a patient.
