Horrible communication from the lady at front desk. Needed number for pharmacy since it wasnt lised on google. At first hangs up Second hold on Wait of hold is approxiamte 30 mins here just in case you didnt know as this is a horrible system. Although the nurse is extremly humble and so is the old staff how ever the new girl is extremly impatient on the phone/absurdly offensively rude.

MISDIAGNOSED ME COSTING PERMANENT HAIR LOSS. Thanks to him and his wife’s negligence, condescending attitude, and REFUSAL to refer me to a derm, I now have permanent hair loss that could have been remedied if caught earlier .
