I called this morning to schedule a phone appointment for the appointment i have tomorrow because I've been sick for 2 weeks with a fever. I was on hold for 31 minutes and never got to talk to anyone. I was so frustrated I just hung up. There has to be a better system for reaching the front office to talk to a human.
Dr. Ramaswamy listens better than any other doctor I’ve had and he’s helped me figure out what was causing my pain and helped me to manage it. He’s very kind & thoughtful. I would highly recommend him.
